Saving Memories

Unlike saving grace, saving memories requires some space - which I have much less of than I had in my old home.
So I am photographing all the things given and thrown away. It is a bit frightening to relive moments from long ago - but rewarding to fill a whole pail! (see photos)
A thank you to my friend, evil woman Yvonne - without whom I could not have gotten this far. Her wisdom - and incredible laughter - makes de-cluttering almost tolerable.
Now the question is - if all I have left of these saved memories is photographs -will it take up less room? I certainly hope so- maybe that's the saving grace!
